One month old already!

It's hard to believe, but Remi is already one month old!  (Well, she was on the 18th; I'm just a little behind!)  She's an amazing and precious little girl and we are so very blessed to be her parents.

On June 19th Remi was dedicated at church.  It was a very special day for her and us, made even more special by the fact that our families were there to watch...and it was Michael's first Father's day!

Our friends threw us a wonderful baby shower at church last weekend.  It was so nice to spend time with family and friends in honor of sweet Remi.

Friday night Grace and Shelby invited Mandi and Remi over for our first ever girls' night!  We had lots of fun eating pizza, talking, and doing crafts; you can see our projects in the second picture.  The first picture is so cute with Grace and Remi sporting really awesome bows made by our friend Helen.  She's so talented! 

Two weeks old

Remi went to her first doctor's appointment yesterday.  She has grown one inch and gained eight ounces since we brought her home two weeks ago!  Dr. Emily said she is perfectly healthy and won't need to see us again until July.  And her umbilical cord finally fell off!

Here are a few things Remi likes:
*music
*eating
*having her arms free while she sleeps
*being awake in the middle of the night

She doesn't like:
*things going over her head
*being cold
*hiccups (she gets them ALL the time)
*baths
